Fast Food Nation and Supersize Me Reflection

After reading Fast Food Nation "Your Trusted Friends" which talks about how McDonalds became the big franchise that it is now. It goes to talk about how Ray Croc and Waltz Disney’s where so similar in that they came from the same state Illinois, both were part of WWI.
It also goes into detail of how they get kids to be customers “Kid Kustomers” Different ways of naggings that children practice in order to get what they what. They adding toys to their meals it entices them and in addition to that they also have characters that they listen to them since they are also on TV. All I can say about the big food industry is to continue doing what they have found profiting to them. If us humans care so much of our health we should do something about it and not go around suing companies.

After watching “Supersize Me” all I could say was do people really eat McDonalds like the guy in the movie because its ridiculous. Three times a day is too much left alone for 30days.Usually when I go to Mcds I get two things either the Angus burger or the cheese burger both with French fries and for the beverage I drink power ade. It’s the healthiest drink on their menu and because I make those my two choices of meals I get bored of them real fast that’s why I only eat it once in a while, probably twice in a month. I am able to control myself because I know its not healthy and that’s not how I was raised. Normally my family eats at home on the dinner at the end of the day since its hard to get everyone for breakfast or lunch.

This socialty makes it hard for people to make choices on their own. When you are a child your parents teach you what to do and what not to do but the same parents are the people that can’t control their eating habits, that just outrageous

A tree is not a tree without its branches. A tree is also not one without water. Basically what I’m saying is, it takes a lot to make something work, you can’t start driving if you haven’t taken  Lessons, some people do it, but it’s better to take the lessons, it’ll lead to better results Later along  the line.  Motive of this, DONT SKIP STEPS. It’s better to ENJOY the PROCCESS than struggle to learn it later.
